Construction of a trade fair stand at Poznań Motor Show 2025

The construction of a trade fair stand at the Poznań Motor Show 2025 is our comprehensive implementation for the automotive industry. It tested our team in terms of flexibility in creating modern exhibition spaces. We have prepared dedicated trade fair structures for several companies from the automotive sector. They combine high quality of workmanship with an effective design, perfectly matched to the nature of the presented products.

Our clients during this edition included brands such as:
BENDA and WEV – a renowned distributor of quads and off-road vehicles,
POLARIS – a global manufacturer of ATVs, UTVs and snowmobiles,
Phelon & Moore, specializing in classic motorcycles and scooters.

Therefore, for each brand we designed and created an individual stand structure, consistent with the visual identification, which allowed for the full exposure of the assets of the vehicles – both in terms of aesthetics and technology.

Our work included:

• construction of walls and exhibition structures,
• then assembly of solid platforms, adapted to the weight and dimensions of the vehicles,
• installation of LED lighting, which highlighted the lines of the quad and motorcycle silhouettes,
• and full stand labelling. From logos and graphics to information panels.

Thanks to our actions, each exhibitor received a ready-made “turnkey” stand. As a result, fully ready to present products at one of the most important automotive events in Central Europe. We took care of every detail – from technical assembly to final finishing. So that the stands not only stand out visually. They ensure functionality and comfort of use throughout the duration of the fair, as well as their dismantling.

This implementation shows that we perfectly understand the needs of the motor industry – where firstly, a strong image counts, and secondly, precision of workmanship. Our exhibition stands effectively support sales. They build brand prestige and attract the attention of visitors – exactly as our customers from the automotive sector expect.

CONSTRUCTION OF A TRADE STAND at POZNAŃ MOTOR SHOW

The fair was a huge international undertaking. The largest automotive event in Poland and one of the most important in Central and Eastern Europe – Poznań Motor Show 2025 – attracted:

🚗 over 100,000 visitors in 4 days
🏍️ over 150 exhibitors from the automotive, motorcycle and off-road industries
📍 6 thematic halls, including motorcycle, car, camper and off-road
🎯 over 20,000 m² of exhibition space

Among our clients who presented themselves with dedicated exhibition stands were:
BENDA – a new brand of quads and off-road vehicles, which aroused great interest in its European premiere,
POLARIS – a global leader in the ATV and UTV segment, with a dynamic off-road exhibition,
Phelon & Moore – classic motorcycles and scooters in a vintage style. They attracted the attention of fans of retro design and timeless motoring.

Construction of the trade fair stand – we prepared each stand individually. As a result, with a structure adapted to the character of the brand, illuminated elements and solid platforms adapted to the presentation of vehicles.
