Construction of an exhibition stand for the WEV quad brand

We designed and built a Exhibition stand for the WEV brand at Europe’s most important motorcycle show – EICMA 2025 in Milan.

We created a space that caught the eye from the main aisle. We focused on light, contrast, and a modern design, making the brand stand out among hundreds of exhibitors.

The largest automotive fair – EICMA Italy

We used partially illuminated walls with prints. First, we strengthened visual communication, ensuring clear graphics and a strong scenographic effect.

We designed an illuminated platform for the vehicle. We showcased the motorcycle as a premium product, drawing visitors’ attention precisely where it was needed.

Comprehensive assembly at foreign trade fairs

We created an LED cage that illuminated the vehicle from every angle. We highlighted the lines and details of the structure. We brought out the brand’s character and technology.

We created a unique floor with LED strip lighting. We built a cohesive, modern exhibition area, giving the stand a dynamic, futuristic atmosphere.

We designed a mini reception area. We facilitated initial contact with the brand. We provided a comfortable sofa and space for business meetings. We ensured comfortable meetings during the trade fair.

We well-lit the entire stand. We eliminated shadows. We enhanced the appeal of photos and social media coverage.

We provided transportation using our own vehicle. We ensured timely and efficient assembly by an experienced team. We ensured efficient and safe on-site installation.

Reuse

Importantly, the stands we produce aren’t disposable. They’re also being shipped to subsequent trade fairs in October and January. The components are transportable and reassemblable. First, we designed them from solid materials; they’re durable and resistant to repeated use. International projects are no problem for us. This time, three vehicles and several employees were involved in the assembly. Furthermore, working under time pressure requires discipline and good organization. However, our many years of experience helped us ensure the event ran smoothly.
