Poznań Motor Show exhibition

The exhibition stand design at the Poznań Motor Show 2026 was another opportunity to collaborate with brands from the automotive industry. This year, we were responsible for preparing modern exhibition spaces for companies operating in the motorcycle, quad, and off-road vehicle segments. Our task was to create stands that not only effectively showcased the vehicles but also emphasized the character and image of each brand.

Trade fair buildings

Each stand was designed in accordance with the exhibitors’ requirements and the style of the vehicles on display. We focused on combining modern technical solutions with an aesthetic tailored to the nature of the automotive industry.

The scope of work included: construction of the exhibition structure and walls,
preparation of presentation areas for motorcycles and ATVs.
Installation of heavy-duty platforms,
installation of LED lighting to highlight vehicle details,
and creation of branding elements and stand signage.

Efficient assembly

Our teams were responsible for the entire implementation process. From structural preparation, through assembly, to final finishing and dismantling after the event. This allowed exhibitors to focus solely on presenting their products at one of the largest automotive trade shows in Central Europe. We distinguished the brand among hundreds of exhibitors.

The fair in numbers

This year’s project demonstrated our experience in designing and constructing stands for the automotive industry. We create spaces that effectively attract visitors, highlight brand prestige, and provide the functionality essential for intense trade fair events.

The event was record-breaking in terms of scale. According to the organizers and industry media: Over 200 exhibitors participated in the fair. Over 60 automotive and motorcycle brands were present, 27 market premieres and demonstrations were prepared. The event took place in 10 pavilions of the Poznań International Fair.

Poznań Fair – the largest event of its kind in Poland

Some media outlets estimated attendance at over 150,000 before the show began. But these figures have not yet been officially confirmed.

The Poznań Motor Show 2026 once again confirmed its position as the largest automotive event in Poland. And one of the most important in Central and Eastern Europe. This year’s edition brought together over 200 exhibitors, 60 automotive brands, and dozens of premieres presented in 10 exhibition pavilions.
